We have updated our loyalty program to provide you with more flexibility and enhanced rewards. The most significant new feature is our "Pay with Points" system, which allows you to use your points like cash on any purchase, rather than being limited to fixed coupons.

We have also introduced new exclusive perks for our higher tiers, such as pre-order access and invitations to brand events, to further show our appreciation.

You can view your current tier, your points balance, and your progress toward the next tier at any time within the rewards panel on our website.

It provides a clear and real-time overview of your standing and how much more you need to spend to unlock the next level of exclusive perks.

To ensure you have ample time to use your rewards, your points will now only expire if your account has been inactive for a full 12 months.

As long as you make at least one purchase or redeem points at least once a year, your entire points balance will remain active.

Your birthday discount is available for the entire calendar month of your birthday. Simply open the rewards panel during your birthday month, and you will find the discount ready for you to claim.

For our esteemed Gold and Diamond members, your complimentary birthday gift will be automatically added to your next online order placed during your birthday month.

When you are ready to check out, simply open the rewards panel on our website. You will see an option to redeem your points.

You can use a slider to decide exactly how many points you wish to use, and the system will generate a unique discount code for you to apply at checkout. It is simple, flexible, and puts you in control of your rewards.

  1. Only 1 reward code OR 1 free gift may be applied per order.
  2. Points are earned 14 days after purchase to allow for order confirmation and returns.
  3. Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity.
  4. Redeemed rewards (discount codes/free gifts) must be used within 30 days of redemption.
  5. Points cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to other accounts, or combined across accounts.
  6. If an order is refunded (full or partial), the corresponding points earned will be deducted.
  7. Gift redemption items are final sale — not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  8. Birthday discount requires a minimum spend of HK$400 per order.
  9. Pay with Points redemption is capped at HK$100 per order.
  10. Loyalty rewards are updated periodically and available on a first-come, first-served basis while stock lasts.
  11. Discount codes are calculated based on the discounted price (after any sale/promotion).
  12. Tier status is evaluated on a rolling 12-month spend basis and may be adjusted accordingly.
  13. Ms. Chu Soap & Beaut reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time.
  14. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.
