Yes. The Purifying Deep Cleansing Gel, Rejuvenating Facial Serum, and Hydro-Moisturiser are ideal for facial hives, while the No No Itchy Gel, Baby Day Cream, and Organic Baby Lotion can be used on both the face and body. Please avoid direct contact with eyes.

How quickly will I see results?

Many users experience immediate cooling and relief from itching within seconds of applying the No No Itchy Gel. Overall skin barrier improvement will gradually appear after several days of consistent use.

Should I use thick creams for my hives?

No. Unlike dry eczema, hives and sweat allergies generate excess heat in the skin. Thick, occlusive creams (like pure shea butter or petroleum jelly) can trap this heat and worsen the condition. Always use lightweight, water-based gels and lotions during a flare-up.

Free shipping in Hong Kong on all orders over HK$500 (net). Flat Rate HK$60 on orders under HK$500. Orders are processed within 2 working days with estimated delivery within 1-2 working days. You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order is shipped. All sale and discounted items are final and are not eligible for return and refund. Regrettably, returns for reasons of general dissatisfaction or change of mind cannot be offered.

What Are Your Refund Policies?

We shall arrange a refund should the item received be damaged or defected. Please send us a detailed email to info@mschusoapandbeaut.com with the reason for return within 14 days of delivery and we will provide return and mail information. No returns are accepted unless agreed and confirmed by Ms. Chu Soap & Beaut via email. We shall notify you via email once your return is received and approved for a refund. For an approved refund, please allow 3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your card.

I like the gel texture!

I like the gel texture. The sensation is similar to applying aftersun aloe vera gel, but with the added benefit of anti-itch relief. It also helps the skin feel more balanced in terms of moisture, especially when I need to apply another layer(s) of cream which maybe a bit more greasy/oily to protect the skin.
