We shall arrange a refund should the item received is damaged or defected. Please send us a detailed email to info@mschusoapandbeaut.com within the reason of return within 14 days of delivery and we will provide return and mail information. No returns are accepted unless agreed and confirmed by Ms. Chu Soap & Beaut via email. We shall notify you via email once your return is received and approved for a refund. For approved refund, please allow 3 weeks for the refund to be credited back to your card.

Key Ingredients

· Willow Bark Extract provides the highest naturally occurring form of Salicylic Acid. It aids in gently eliminating bacteria causing acne and other skin irritations. It works by causing the cells of the epidermis to shed more readily, preventing pores from clogging and allowing room for new cell growth.

· Organic Kakadu Plum Extract contains high vitamin C content, antioxidant protection, brightening, and promoting collagen synthesis for a healthier complexion.

· Lactic Acid is naturally derived from fermented fruits and vegetables. It encourages faster shedding of the upper skin cells for new cell regeneration and stimulates synthesis of collagen and hyaluronic acid on deeper levels. These effects help reveal smoother, younger looking skin. The acid is a great humectant and helps to trap in the skin’s natural moisture and oil contents. In general, lactic acid is noted for its rich moisturising and skin brightening attributes and its ability to exfoliate dead skin cells without provoking skin irritation.
