Meet the Founder
Cindy Chu
As a chemical engineer specialising in cosmetic science, Cindy has always been passionate about green chemistry and deeply committed to what goes into the products her family consumes daily. Graduating from the University of Toronto in Applied Science and Chemical Engineering, she began formulating her own skincare using naturally derived, environmentally friendly ingredients.
Her true mission began when her own baby suffered from severe eczema. After trying every lotion on the market and following standard paediatric guidelines without improvement, she felt the desperation that only a mother knows.
Combining her skincare science expertise with deep research into Eastern and Western medical journals, Cindy developed a natural baby balm. The results were immediate — her baby's itch eased instantly, and within days, the eczema subsided and healed. Today, she shares these skin-loving, nature-derived formulas with families everywhere.
